      2. Your body should have a minimum of 1 hour running stamina.

      1- The first principal for a fast bowler is to have control over his body.                                                                                                                                  
      2- Good line and length should be given to the ball.

      3-  In beginning, just bowling run away from two or three steps. with this you can do the bowling

            in line and length and you have better control on your body

      4- Swing is an art, with more and more practice you can control swing.
